I’ve collected these from various and sundry places over the past few months:
Sticklebook is an invisible shelving system that creates the visual illusion of a line of books hanging unsupported on the wall.
A bookshelf made out of books, courtesy of Kimbooktu. Kim, who lives in the Netherlands, is also collecting pictures of your home library here.
Stacks and shelves —in French.
Does this collection of innovative and quirky bookshelf pictures make it obvious that I’m in need of more bookshelves myself?
Oh, thank you for sharing these! I am especially tempted by the floating bookshelves. It would be like having book wallpaper, if you let it get out of hand. Which I totally would, I would abuse them and run out of wall space!
Love these bookshelves. I want the corner saver one very badly – probably because it is the only one that is easy to order.
I love those!
I need more bookshelves, too, and in response to the post just before this one, I’m voting for more chocolate.
Hi!
Thank you for mentioning my website. I really appreciate it!
I had a look around you blog and it’s really nice! I have put you on my blogroll in the category “Bookish Blogs”.
Good luck with your blog!
Kim
PS
I would also like to bring my project to your attention. It is called ‘Your Home Library’. You can find the home libraries of people from all over the world on it. It’s on http://yourhomelibrary.wordpress.com
