I’ve heard of Mr. Wright, but I don’t really know much about him. Nevertheless, this brief talk on Bible reading is inspirational:
And it’s a lovely addendum to this post: 52 Ways to Read and Study the Bible in 2011.

Excellent! N.T. Wright is well worth reading; “Scripture and the Authority of God: How to Read the Bible Today,” “Simply Christian,” “The Challenge of Jesus: Rediscovering Who Jesus Was & Is,” and “Surprised By Hope” are all good places to start.
Also: I’m delighted to find Semicolon (via Homeschool Buzz on Facebook). I’ll be reading! 🙂
I’ve watched this a half a dozen times. N.T. Wright is such a winsome speaker. The one disappointment of our England/Scotland trip in 2008 was that he wasn’t preaching at Durham Cathedral.
My husband loves his audio series “Romans In a Week”.
Thanks for posting this. You’re right. It is inspirational.
I enjoyed this, Sherry!
Though I love what he says here, looking him up online has me scratching my head over some of his theology.
