Frozen Grapes: We just stick seedless grapes on a toothpick and put them in the freezer. Then, we eat them straight out of the freezer.
Carrots and celery with Ranch dressing.
Peanut butter on celery sticks.

No mention of blended coffee drinks? How can one make it through the summer without a frozen latte on a blazing hot afternoon?
Love the cantaloupe pops idea, and (of course) the floats. We call them sinks here, though–add ice cream to the bottom of the glass and it looks like it sunk to the bottom. Less mess, more ice cream. My idea of a win-win situation.

My dad always kept a bag of grapes in the basement freezer–kind of a little secret. Sometimes, when I was down there reading in the summer–because we didn’t have air conditioning and it was cool down there–he’d share some with me. It always seemed like such an honor to share it with him!
