The book must of necessity be put into a bookcase. And the bookcase must be housed. And the house must be kept. And the library must be dusted, must be arranged, must be catalogued. What a vista of toil, yet not unhappy toil!.”
William Gladstone
May is Get Caught Reading Month. And the Saturday Review of Books is a good place to get caught, and to catch other bloggers, reading.
Welcome to this week’s Saturday Review of Books. Here’s how it works. Find a review on your blog posted sometime this week of a book you’re reading or a book you’ve read. The review doesn’t have to be a formal sort of thing. You can just write your thoughts on a particular book, a few ideas inspired by reading the book, your evaluation, quotations, whatever.
Now post a link here to the specific post where you’ve written your book review. Don’t link to your main blog page because this kind of link makes it hard to find the book review, especially when people drop in later after you’ve added new content to your blog. In parentheses after your name, add the title of the book you’re reviewing. This addition will help people to find the reviews they’re most interested in reading.

Can’t wait to see what others have reviewed this week! I’ve picked up a couple of yummy titles based on reviews linked to from here.
Sherry,
I reviewed three books this week, which I think is a record for me! Okay, so what if two of them were picture books?!?!? The other is The White Darkness for the Biblically Literate book club. Since I am far away from you and can’t physically participate in the club, is there anything else I should do? Are you going to link reviews or anything like that on your other blog? Have a great Saturday and thanks for hosting this!
Oops! #67 is an error. It posted itself before I was ready. Sorry!!

Hello! I’ve been out of town, so slow week 🙂 This is a lovely thing you do, your weekly roundup.
I reviewed The Doors of the Sea – the best book on the problem of Evil that I’ve come across.
