The world exists to be put in a book.”
Stephane Mallarme
Welcome to this week’s Saturday Review of Books. Here’s how it works. Find a review on your blog posted sometime this week of a book you’re reading or a book you’ve read. The review doesn’t have to be a formal sort of thing. You can just write your thoughts on a particular book, a few ideas inspired by reading the book, your evaluation, quotations, whatever.
Now post a link here to the specific post where you’ve written your book review. Don’t link to your main blog page because this kind of link makes it hard to find the book review, especially when people drop in later after you’ve added new content to your blog. In parentheses after your name, add the title of the book you’re reviewing. This addition will help people to find the reviews they’re most interested in reading.

I linked to a review of ‘The Sword in the Stone.’ Great book! Thanks for opening your site to all of us again today.
I linked, now I comment. Just like it says. I had NO IDEA how many book blogs were out there. Oh, the pressure, oh the pressure!! Must. Read. More. And More. Too many books, too little time.
Hello, all! Good to see you again. I have been fretting because I couldn’t make it on Saturday these past weeks, so I’ve got four reviews, but loved them all, especially the Dame Darcy Illustrated Jane Eyre!
I didn’t read “Q Road” for a long time after I got the book, because the title didn’t grab me. My mistake, it was one of the best novels about the Midwest that I’ve read for ages.
Posted a link to a review of a forthcoming book, The City in the Lake, by Rachel Neumeier–and stupidly forgot to put the title in the Mr. Linky link. Oh, well.
I left a post with requests for recommendations, not a post with a review. I do hope this is okay as it will, I hope, generate some mini-reviews.
